HOCR Competition – Terms and Conditions (USA)

These Terms and Conditions govern the HOCR Competition (“Competition”) run by 776BC USA Inc. (“Promoter”). By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.

1. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must complete the entry form at [HOCR COMPETITION]. This constitutes one entry (“Entry”).

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, affiliated retailers, and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, sibling, and first cousin.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a pair of framed 776BC HOCR Posters (“Prize”).

The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It must be used for personal use and may not be sold or auctioned without prior written consent from 776BC USA Inc.

If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Winner Selection

The Competition begins at 12:00 AM EST on October 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 19, 2025 (“Competition Period”).

One (1) winner will be selected at random after the Competition Period ends. This is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.

The winner will be notified via email from info@776bc.com by November 30, 2025. The Prize will be delivered by January 31, 2026.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by December 31, 2025, the Promoter may select an alternate winner.

5. Entry Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Entries must not be obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful. The entrant warrants they have the authority to enter and indemnifies the Promoter against any breach.

6. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Technical issues or equipment malfunction

• Unauthorized access or third-party interference

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries

• Any variation in prize value

• Any tax liability incurred by the winner

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or use of the Prize.

7. Force Majeure

The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the Competition and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, unless the entrant opts out. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or TikTok. Any information provided is to the Promoter, not to Instagram or TikTok.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
