These Official Rules and Terms & Conditions ("Rules") govern the 776BC Performance Pack Competition ("Competition"). Information on how to enter and prize details published on the official entry page for the relevant regatta event ("Event") form part of these Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participation in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules. Any entry not complying with these Rules is void.

2.1 Entry is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.3 Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, participating retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3.1 To enter, eligible individuals must complete and submit the official Entry Form available via the 776BC Competition entry page for the relevant Event.
3.2 Submission of a completed Entry Form constitutes one (1) entry ("Entry").
3.3 Limit of one (1) Entry per person unless otherwise specified on the official Competition entry page.
3.4 Entries must be received during the Competition Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical malfunction, network failure, or platform issues.
4.1 The Competition runs across multiple Events. A separate entry period ("Competition Period") applies to each Event, with closing dates as set out in Section 4.2 below. One (1) winner will be drawn independently after each Event. All times are Eastern Time (ET).
4.2 The scheduled Events and their closing dates are as follows:
4.3 Additional Events may be added by the Sponsor from time to time and will be announced via an updated version of these Rules.
4.4 The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or amend any Competition Period, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and place of residence) at any time.
5.2 The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

6.1 Entrants acknowledge and agree that their Entry must not be:
6.2 Each entrant warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter the Competition.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from a breach of these Rules.
7.1 One (1) winner will be selected per Event, for a maximum total prize pool of USD $615 (3 Events x ARV $205).
7.2 At the conclusion of each Event's Competition Period, one (1) valid Entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that Event. Each Event draw is independent; entry into one Event does not carry over to another.
7.3 This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7.4 Each drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days of the end of the relevant Event's Competition Period.
7.5 The drawing will be conducted electronically using a random selection process.
7.6 The potential winner ("Winner") will be notified by email from info@776bc.com within seven (7) days of the drawing. The Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7.7 The Winner's name may be made available upon written request sent to info@776bc.com within ninety (90) days of the end of the Competition Period, as required by applicable law.
8.1 One (1) Winner will receive one (1) 776BC Performance Pack consisting of:
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): USD $205. Actual value may vary. No cash equivalent or substitution will be offered by entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8.2 The Prize will be delivered within forty-five (45) days of the drawing.
8.3 The Prize:
8.4 Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize.
9.1 If the Winner is not contactable or does not claim the Prize within thirty (30) days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited.
9.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in such circumstances.
10.1 By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) arising out of participation in this Competition or receipt or use of any prize.
10.2 The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any technical malfunction, failure, or error; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any other error or problem of any kind.
10.3 Use of automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows repeated automatic entries is prohibited and will render entries void.
10.4 If the Competition is interfered with or cannot be conducted as anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Competition.
11.1 Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Competition, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain injunctive or other equitable relief.
11.2 These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11.3 This Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
12.1 Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the Competition and conducting the Sponsor's business activities, including:

12.4 This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Any personal information provided via those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. By entering, you release Instagram and TikTok of any responsibility related to this Competition.
12.5 For California residents: entrants have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. Please contact info@776bc.com for more information.
To obtain the name of the Winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 776BC Performance Pack Competition – Winners List, 776BC USA Inc, 100 Trap Falls Rd Ext, Shelton, Connecticut, within ninety (90) days of the end of the Competition Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
