These Official Rules and Terms & Conditions ("Rules") govern the 776BC x USRowing Ascent Competition ("Competition"). Information on how to enter and prize details published on the official entry page for the 2026 USRowing Youth National Championships ("Event") form part of these Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participation in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules. Any entry not complying with these Rules is void.

2.1 Entry is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals under thirteen (13) years of age are not eligible to enter.
2.2 Entrants under eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) ("Minor Entrants") must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter. By permitting a Minor Entrant to enter, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Rules on the Minor Entrant's behalf. The Sponsor may require proof of parental or guardian consent at any time and may disqualify any Minor Entrant for whom consent cannot be verified.
2.3 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.4 Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, USRowing, participating retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3.1 There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.
(a) Free Entry – Entry Form. Complete and submit the official Entry Form available via the 776BC Competition entry page for the Event. No purchase is necessary to enter via this method. For Minor Entrants, the Entry Form must be submitted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian as set out in Section 2.2.
(b) Automatic Entry – Purchase. Make a purchase at the 776BC point of sale at the Event during the Competition Period while subscribed to 776BC marketing communications at the time of purchase. Eligible purchasers will be entered automatically. This method of entry is available only to entrants aged eighteen (18) years or older. Multiple purchases do not earn additional Entries.
3.2 Each method of entry constitutes one (1) entry ("Entry").
3.3 Limit of one (1) Entry per person, regardless of method of entry or number of purchases made. Duplicate entries will be deemed void.
3.4 Entries must be received during the Competition Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical malfunction, network failure, or platform issues.
4.1 The Competition is run in connection with the 2026 USRowing Youth National Championships held at Nathan Benderson Park, Sarasota, Florida ("Event"). The Competition opens at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 10, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM ET on June 14, 2026 ("Competition Period").
4.2 One (1) winner will be drawn after the close of the Competition Period.
4.3 The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or amend the Competition Period, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and place of residence) at any time.
5.2 The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:

6.1 Entrants acknowledge and agree that their Entry must not be:
6.2 Each entrant warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter the Competition.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from a breach of these Rules.
7.1 One (1) winner will be selected, for a total prize pool of USD $245 (1 x ARV $245).
7.2 At the conclusion of the Competition Period, one (1) valid Entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
7.3 This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7.4 The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days of the end of the Competition Period.
7.5 The drawing will be conducted electronically using a random selection process.
7.6 The potential winner ("Winner") will be notified by email from info@776bc.com within seven (7) days of the drawing. The Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If the Winner is a Minor Entrant, the Affidavit and all releases must be completed and signed by the Winner's parent or legal guardian, and the Prize will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian on the Minor Entrant's behalf. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7.7 The Winner's name may be made available upon written request sent to info@776bc.com within ninety (90) days of the end of the Competition Period, as required by applicable law.
8.1 One (1) Winner will receive one (1) 776BC Ascent Performance Pack consisting of:
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): USD $245. Actual value may vary. No cash equivalent or substitution will be offered by entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8.2 The Prize will be delivered within forty-five (45) days of the drawing.
8.3 The Prize:
8.4 Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize.
9.1 If the Winner is not contactable or does not claim the Prize within thirty (30) days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited.
9.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in such circumstances.
10.1 By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) arising out of participation in this Competition or receipt or use of any prize.
10.2 The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any technical malfunction, failure, or error; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any other error or problem of any kind.
10.3 Use of automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows repeated automatic entries is prohibited and will render entries void.
10.4 If the Competition is interfered with or cannot be conducted as anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Competition.
11.1 Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Competition, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain injunctive or other equitable relief.
11.2 These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11.3 This Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
12.1 Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the Competition and conducting the Sponsor's business activities, including:
12.2 Communications may be made via email, telephone, or other electronic means. Marketing communications will only be sent to entrants aged eighteen (18) years or older, or to the parent or legal guardian of a Minor Entrant where applicable. Minor Entrants will not be added to the Sponsor's marketing lists.
12.3 Personal information of entrants under sixteen (16) years of age will not be sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

12.5 This Competition is sponsored and administered solely by the Sponsor. USRowing is not a sponsor or administrator of this Competition and has no responsibility for its conduct. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Any personal information provided via those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. By entering, you release USRowing, Instagram, and TikTok of any responsibility related to this Competition.
12.6 For California residents: entrants have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. Please contact info@776bc.com for more information.
To obtain the name of the Winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 776BC x USRowing Ascent Competition – Winners List, 776BC USA Inc, 100 Trap Falls Rd Ext, Shelton, Connecticut, within ninety (90) days of the end of the Competition Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
