If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have 30 days to contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
If your delivery is not what you ordered or the item/s has arrived damaged or faulty, please reach out to the team for more help.
You may return your 776BC items provided the following conditions are satisfied:
· The return is initiated within 30 days of the order date.
· The items are in original, resaleable condition with all the original tags and labels attached.
· The items are unworn, unwashed and returned as sold.
Please note:
· Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available for any Club Shop or made-to-order 776 CUSTOM purchases after the order window has closed.
· Unless the return is the result of a fault or packing error by us, the cost of return shipping will be covered by you.
· We accept returns, but we do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the new items and following the returns process for a refund.
· For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any socks.
If your item matches the above policy, please follow these steps to start your returns process:
1. Contact our customer service team.
2. Provide us with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and a brief explanation for the return.
3. We will reply with a return confirmation and instructions for how to return your item/s.
4. Head to the post office and ship off your returned items along with your Proof of Purchase so our team can identify your return on arrival.
5. Returns will be sent to our Connecticut warehouse. Once we receive and check your return meets the above conditions a refund will be initiated by the team. You will be emailed with confirmation of your processed return. Please allow a few extra days from delivery for refunds to be processed, as well as adequate time for bank processing.
