Q: How can I be sure that my order was received?

Q: Can I return my order for an exchange or refund?
A:If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have 30 days to contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please see our Return Policy to check your item/s meet the criteria.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the new items and following the returns process for a refund.


Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order you must alert 776BC within 3 hours of placing the order via email info@776bc.com.  776BC will contact you to process the cancellation.  If the order has already been despatched, you will need to return the order. 776BC will be happy to process a refund for 100% of the purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods.


Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders placed at www.776bc.com with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 1-5 business days. Shipping can take between 1 and 5 business days. Please allow 10-30 working days for International Shipments.
